How long do I have access to a course after purchase?↕
You receive 24 months of access, including updates and new lesson notes added during that period. Extensions are available on request.
Do I need prior floral design experience?↕
No. Beginner modules introduce mechanics, color harmony, and safe tool handling. Intermediate and advanced tracks assume foundations.
Do you provide certificates?↕
Yes. Complete required modules and portfolio submissions to receive a shareable completion certificate from NuevoHorizons BloomLab.
Are there live sessions?↕
Select hybrid and live courses include scheduled Q&A and critiques. Replays are available within 72 hours.
What tools and materials are required?↕
Common tools include clippers, floral tape, wire, buckets, and a clean workstation. Course pages list materials per module.
What is your refund policy?↕
We offer a 14-day refund for unused courses. If you have streamed or downloaded more than 20% of content, eligibility may be limited. See Terms.
Will you review my portfolio?↕
Yes. Uploads receive rubric-based feedback from mentors on structure, balance, and time-to-build considerations.
